Setting Pay Time to Zero

You can set the pay time of records to zero before they're posted. For example, for unpaid absences or operators have volunteered to take no pay.

  1. In the Timekeeping screen, in the transaction pane, select the record to change.
  2. Select Zero Pay Time: Zero Pay Time
    The pay time value shows as 0.
If you have incorrectly set a pay time to zero, select the record, enter the correct time in the details pane, and select Save.
