Creating General Bulletins

General bulletins are added in the OPS Bulletins screen.

General bulletins are shown on the ESS login page as commuter bulletins and are sent to employee inboxes as messages. Commuter bulletins aren't shown on the login page on smaller screens.
  1. In the Client Shell, open the OPS Bulletins screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select Add Bulletin: Add Bulletin
  3. Select General.
  4. Select the Divisions for which the bulletin is intended.
    Only employees in the selected divisions are able to see the bulletin.
  5. Select a From Date and To Date for the bulletin.
    The bulletin is only visible during this date range.
  6. Using the Week Template, select the days of the week for which the bulletin is valid.
    This field, in conjunction with the date range, determines when employees can see the bulletin.
  7. Enter the Bulletin Message.
  8. Select OK.
