Viewing Document Bulletin Acknowledgement

For document bulletins that require employee acknowledgement, you can check to see who has acknowledged the bulletin.

When creating document bulletins that require acknowledgement, best practice isn't to update these at a later time and to create new document bulletins if needed. Employees acknowledge the bulletin, not the attached documents. If new documents are attached after a bulletin has been acknowledged, you can't tell if the employee is aware of the updates (or even if the updates have been made).
  1. In the Client Shell, open the OPS Bulletins screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select the bulletin.
  3. Select Bulletin Acknowledgement: Bulletin Acknowledgement
    The Employee Acknowledgement dialog appears.
  4. Select Acknowledged or Not Acknowledged.
    The associated list of employees appears.
  5. Select Close.
