Viewing Unscheduled Trips By Address in Dispatch Center

You can view trips with a pick-up or drop-off at a specific address in Dispatch Center.

Before you begin

Dispatch Center must be open.

Procedure

  1. In the Unscheduled Trips grid, select a trip.
  2. Highlight the pick-up or drop-off event with the required address.
    A trip is shown with two rows: the first row showing the requested time and client name is the pick-up and the one directly below it is the drop-off:
    Dispatch Center with call-outs for Pick-up event and Drop-off events.
  3. Select the Location option.
    All trips with the same pick-up or drop-off address as the selected event are shown in the grid.
