Viewing Unscheduled Trips By Time Range in Dispatch Center

Unscheduled trips can be viewed based on time range in Dispatch Center.

Before you begin

Dispatch Center must be open.

Procedure

  1. Select the Range check box.
  2. In the > field, type the earliest time for which to show incidents. For example, 6:00.
  3. In the < field, type the latest time for which to show incidents. For example, 20:00.

Results

The system shows unscheduled trips with request times starting from the > time up to and including the < time.
