Extending Sign-Up Periods

Extend sign-up periods by changing the end date. (You cannot change the start date.)

  1. Open the OPS Sign-Up Management screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select a sign-up period.
  3. Select Extend Sign-up Period: Extend Sign-up Period
  4. In the To Date field, enter the end of the period.
  5. Optional: Select Synchronize Original Sign-Up Periods if to update the SignupPeriods table with the new information.
    Selecting Synchronize Original Sign-Up Periods updates the Original Sign-up Periods information. The Original Sign-up Periods information is stored in the SignUpPeriods table in the database. The SignUpPeriods table contains information received from Trapeze FX or Trapeze BlockBuster. The replacement information is from the OPSSignUpPeriods table, which is the information modified/added by the OPS Sign-Up Management screen.
  6. Select Apply.
    The affect bids, divisions, and holidays are shown.
  7. Select Extend.
    A confirmation message appears.
  8. Select Yes.
