Setting Up Alternate Roster Bids
Alternate roster bids can be created when one week within a sign-up period differs.

Open the Bid Alternate Roster screen and set the Context
(F3).
Define the Agency, Bid Name and Alternate Roster to be used.

The Alternate Roster Bid Configuration - General page appears.
- Enter an Alternate Roster Bid Name.
- In Select Original Bid, select the bid with the week you are replacing.
- In Start of Week for Alternate Roster enter the first date of the alternate roster bid week.
- Enter a New Period Name for the week of the alternate roster bid.

Select Next.
The Alternate Roster Bid Configuration - Roster Scenario page appears.
- For each division, in the Roster Scenario list select the roster scenario with work for the alternate roster bid.

Select Next.
The Alternate Roster Bid Configuration - Extraboard Quota Scenario page appears.

In Number Needed enter the number of required extraboard
operators.
The Alternate Roster Bid Configuration - Employee page appears.
- To reload employees in the bid, select Reload.
- Select Finish.
