Viewing Hours Charged to Labor Accounts

After timekeeping is calculated, you can see how many hours were charged to specific labor accounts on each day of a week and for the entire week.

  1. Open the OPS Cost Allocation Inquiry screen.
  2. Open the Context (F3).
  3. On the OPS Cost Allocation Inquiry tab:
    1. Set a Start Date.
      Labor accountant information will be shown for the operational week containing this date.
    2. Select the Agency.
    3. Select the Divisions.
  4. Optional: On the Locale Setting tab, select the Time Span Format.
  5. Select OK.
  6. Optional: To see detailed records for a labor account on a day, right-click the hours for the day and select Detail.
