Viewing Performance Events on Larger Screens

You can view operational events that include performance details. For example, incidents, absences, or customer feedback.

Performance details may impact your employee standing and your performance records may include administrative actions. For example, verbal warnings.
  1. Select My Account (Employee image and name found in the top navigation bar.) > Performance.
    The Performance tab is opened in Performance.

  2. Select a From Date.
  3. Optional: Select a Performance Type.
  4. To view administrative actions associated with the record, select See details.
    Performance Details are shown.

    Some information included in performance records may not be shown in ESS.
