You can view operational events that include performance details. For example, incidents, absences, or customer feedback.

Performance details may impact your employee standing and your performance records may include administrative actions. For example, verbal warnings.

Select menu (), then Performance > Performance.
Select a From Date.
Optional: Select a Performance Type.
Expand () performance cards for more information.
To view administrative actions associated with the record, select View Admin Actions.

Available information is shown. Some information included in performance records may not be shown in ESS.
