COM Service System Properties

These properties define how the system verifies if a new client duplicates an existing client.

These properties allow you to specify the Complaints service used to manage client feedback in Trip Administration.

To add client feedback to a trip, open Trip Administration by clicking Task > Trip Administration, search for the client trip, right-click on the trip, and click Add Feedback.

To update system properties, click Tools > System Properties and click the Profile tab.

Property Description
COM Service > Enable Report Group If selected, the Complaints screen’s Report Group list is enabled.
COM Service > Host Address Host address or IP address of the Complaints module.
COM Service > IP Port Port number to be used to connect to the Complaints module.
COM Service > Service Profile Service profile to attached to the complaint or feedback.
