Viewing Customer Feedback for Trips

If PASS is integrated with Trapeze COM at your transit site, you can view customer feedback for trips using Trip Administration.

Before you begin

In Tools > System Properties, on the Profile tab, the COM > Service Host Address, IP Port, and Service Profile must be set to match the Trapeze6 Service Shell running the COM service.

In Tools > System Properties, on the System tab, set Enable Complaints to Yes to show the View Complaints button on the toolbar in Trip Administration.

Trip Administration must be open.

About this task

In Trip Administration, you can view customer feedback that has been entered for trips.

If feedback has been entered for a trip, a feedback ID number appears in the Feedback column of the record.

Procedure

  1. Search for the client for whom to view customer feedback.
  2. Click the trip for which you want to view feedback.
  3. Click View Complaints:
