Recording Customer Feedback for Trips

If PASS is integrated with Trapeze COM at your transit site, you can record customer feedback for trips using Trip Administration.

Before you begin

Trip Administration must be open.

About this task

In Trip Administration, you can enter customer feedback for trips. Information that you enter can be used in the COM Investigator screen for use in investigating customer communications.

Procedure

  1. Search for the client for whom to record customer feedback.
  2. Right-click the appropriate trip and click Add Feedback.
    The Complaints dialog box appears. Information for the selected booking appears in dialog box fields.
  3. Click New.
  4. Select or type the needed feedback information.

    Incident Details and CSR Comments information is required.

  5. Click Save.
