About Dispatch Color Coding
The Incidents, Vehicles, and Unassigned tabs can be marked with green, yellow, or red, swatches.
Beside each tab in Dispatch is a color indicator:

Depending on what is happening in the course of the day, each tab is flagged with the color green, yellow, or red. Each color signifies the status of the current schedule.
When you first open Dispatch, refresh the screen (press F5 on the keyboard). The Refresh feature updates the screen to give you the most current information and updates the color tabs to reflect the current status.
