Searching Dispatch for a Run Group

To maintain a specific group of runs to be shown every time you open Dispatch, you must set up run groups.

Before you begin

Dispatch (Task > Dispatching) must be open.

About this task

The system does not preserve any run set you select after you exit Dispatch.

Procedure

  1. Select the Run Group option.
  2. Click the ellipsis button (…).
    The Select Run Groups dialog box appears, allowing you to define or choose a run group.
  3. In the Run Group(s) frame, select a run group.
  4. Click OK.
  5. On either the Incidents or Vehicles tab, click Display.

Results

The selected runs appear in the grid.
