Assigning and Removing Off Days
Assigning Off Days on the rosters is another method to prevent changes on the rosters that you have completed or do not want altered.
- In the Roster grid, click the top cell of the marker column (left of the State column heading) to select all rosters.

In the Off Days frame, click Assign.
The word "Off" appears in red in the Day fields of the rosters and the letter "O" appears in the State fields of the selected rosters.

To remove Off days, select the rosters for which you want to
unassign Off days and click Remove Off Days.
The letter "O" is removed from the State field and the fields in the Day columns appear blank for the selected rosters.
