Creating Service Requests in Trapeze EAM
Trapeze EAM service requests are created using the Create Service Request dialog when assigning vehicles to blocks, unassigning vehicles from blocks, splitting blocks, or creating vehicle change outs.

Creating Service Requests in Trapeze EAM

Trapeze EAM service requests are created using the Create Service Request dialog when assigning vehicles to blocks, unassigning vehicles from blocks, splitting blocks, or creating vehicle change outs.

When prompted to create a service request, select Yes.
In the Symptom field, select the reason for creating the service request.
If required, select Take Out of Service.
Optional: Enter any Comments.
Select OK.
