Trapeze EAM vehicle maintenance records are typically imported automatically at a specified time, but can be manually imported if needed.

Open the Vehicle Assignment screen and set the Context (F3).
Select the Vehicle Maintenance tab.
Right-click in the maintenance record grid and select Import Vehicle Maintenance Now.
