When vehicles requires maintenance, maintenance records flagging vehicles as unavailable
for work assignments can be created.
Maintenance records are listed and maintained in the Vehicle Maintenance
tab of the Vehicle Assignment screen.
A wrench icon appears in the parking grid of the Vehicle Assignment
tab for vehicles that are under maintenance. The OPS > Yard Management > Vehicle Assignment > Maintenance Indication is Time-sensitive property specifies whether the wrench only appears during the time that the
vehicle is in maintenance or appears after the time of the maintenance until the screen Context
changes to a different date.
You can specify wrench colors used to indicate different maintenance types and customize the
screen used for creating maintenance records.
If Trapeze OPS is integrated with Trapeze EAM, you can
create service requests for Trapeze EAM instead of maintenance records.
