Remove vehicles from maintenance by setting a maintenance end date.

Remove vehicles from maintenance by setting a maintenance end date.

Open the Vehicle Assignment screen and set the Context (F3).
On the Vehicle Maintenance tab, select the vehicle record to remove from maintenance.
Specify the To Date.
This is the date maintenance ends.
Specify the To Time.
This is the time maintenance activities end on the To Date.
Select Save.

Once the To Date and To Time have passed, the maintenance record is no longer shown on the Vehicle Maintenance tab and the vehicle is no longer in maintenance (the vehicle details state No Maintenance Activities and the wrench icon isn't shown in the parking grid in the vehicle's cell).
