Opening Dispatch Manager

Dispatch Manager allows you to view details for the day’s runs and perform various tasks for selected runs or incidents.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Task > Dispatch Manager.
    • Click the Dispatch Manager button:
      The letter D.
  2. Optional: Enable Autorefresh to keep information current:
    1. Click Dispatch > Autorefresh.
    2. Confirm that a check mark appears beside Autorefresh.
