About Policy Cards

Policy cards allow users to access Service Infractions policies defined in the system.

Policy cards show basic information about policies:

  • Policy name (for example, Canceled Trips)
  • Description (for example, Trips canceled by clients (any service type).)
  • Policy status (for example, Active, Inactive, or Not Yet Activated)

The search bar can be used to locate a policy using the information on its policy card. For example, typing ted could return a result for a policy that is Not Yet Activated, and a policy with a description that reads "Updated version of the original ADA policy."
