Creating Service Infractions Policies

Service Infractions policies define infraction criteria, case stages and phases, and the penalties applied to clients who exceed thresholds.

Before you begin

Open the Service Infractions module to the Policies tab.

About this task

Policies are created by the system administrator. At least one policy must be active before cases can be created by system users.

Procedure

  1. Click Add.
    The Add A Policy dialog box appears.
  2. Enter the policy information.
  3. Click OK.

Results

A policy card is created. To edit the policy card, use the policy Information pane on the Policies tab.

What to do next

Define all additional policy information (for example, Infraction Criteria and Violation Alert details) before activating the policy.
