Activating Policies

Policies must be activated for the system to use them.

Before you begin

Policy Stages and Phases must be defined. Open the Service Infractions module to the Policies tab.

Procedure

  1. Select the policy card of the policy to be activated.
    The policy information, policy infraction criteria, and policy stages and phases for the selected policy are visible.
  2. Click Activate.
    Play button on a folder above the word Activate.

Results

The policy is activated and the system starts checking the database for trips that meet the policy’s infraction criteria.
