Creating Behavior Type Infraction Criteria

Behavior Type infraction criteria must be created before creating a behavioral policy.

Before you begin

Open the Service Infractions module to the Policies tab.

About this task

Behavior types are used in behavioral policy infraction criteria.
Note: To delete behavior types, contact Customer Care.

Procedure

  1. Click Add a Behavior Type:
    Piece of paper with a plus sign above the words Add A Behavior Type.
    The Add a Behavior Type dialog box appears.
  2. Type an Abbreviation for the behavior type.
  3. Type a Description of the behavior type.
  4. Click OK.

Results

The behavior type is added to the system.
