User-defined cancellation codes are defined in PASS Schedule Status Codes ancillary data.

Before you begin

The Trapeze4 Workstation must be open.

About this task

Trapeze recommends creating a cancellation code specifically for cancellations made by Service Infractions.

Procedure

  1. Click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Service > Schedule Status Codes.
  2. Click the Cancel Codes tab.
  3. In the row marked with an asterisk, do the following:
    1. Type a unique ID between 50 and 59.
    2. Type a cancel Code.
      For example, SC or SI.
    3. Type a Description.
For example, Susp Cancel or Cancel - SI Suspend.
    4. Click the Enabled check box.
    5. In the Restriction drop-down list, click Any Day.
Do not complete the Time Threshold field. It will default to 0.
The row is marked with a pencil as you enter information.
If there are no options in the Restriction drop-down list, confirm that you are working with the Schedule Status Codes dialog box on the main Windows display.
  4. Click in the row that now contains the asterisk.
This confirms that you have completed entering information.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click OK.
