About Inserting Trips
The Insert feature is similar to the Duplicate feature. You can insert the time of the new trip half way between the selected trip and the one immediately before it.
For transit sites that do not use seconds in their schedules or do not have seconds in their time format, the time difference between the trips where the new trip is inserted determines the time of the inserted trip.

When the time difference between trips is more than one minute, the inserted trip will have no seconds in trip time. The time is rounded down.

When the time difference between trips is exactly one minute and the trips have seconds in the relevant node, the time of the inserted trip falls between the next and previous trip times without seconds.

When the time difference is one minute and the trips do not have seconds in the relevant node, or when the time difference is less than one minute, the new time is shown with seconds and placed at the middle point between trips.
