Creating Private Workspaces

Private workspaces are configured according to your specific requirements. For example, you can show only the menus and commands that you use, then save that workspace as your private workspace.

To load the changes when you start the Client shell again, you must have the to the Core > Workspace Manager > Load Active permission. If you are granted the Core > Workspace Manager > Save Active permission, your private workspace changes are also saved in the database and can be loaded if you log in from other computers.
  1. Customize your workspace.
  2. Select File > Workspaces > Save As.
    The Save Workspace dialog opens.
  3. In the Workspace Name field, enter the name of the new workspace.
  4. Select OK.
The newly named workspace is active on your desktop.
