Import workspaces to use workspace sent to you. For example, Trapeze Customer Care may send you a workspace to use as part of a problem resolution process.

Import workspaces to use workspace sent to you. For example, Trapeze Customer Care may send you a workspace to use as part of a problem resolution process.

Select File > Workspaces > Import.
Navigate to the folder containing the workspace.
Select the workspace file to import.
Select Open.
