About Detail View
Many screens have a detail, or form, view instead of or in addition to the list view.
The detail view allows you to view and edit data using a form rather than in a table or grid. A detail view consists of sheets with fields on them. You can put all the fields on one sheet or create multiple sheets each holding a subset of fields. You can organize your view of data in whatever way is most efficient for you. If a screen has a list and detail view with the same data, you can only add records using the detail view.
