Assigning Extraboard Work to Employees
Use Work Planner to assign extraboard work to employees as needed.
- Open the Work Planner screen and set the Context (F3).
- In Employee View, select the dates for the employee for assigning extraboard work.
- Right-click the selection and select Set Extraboard.

If Division is shown, select a division for the
extraboard work.
To allow a change of division, the property must be set by a system administrator.
- Select the Extra Board Type to assign.
- Select the Bid Unit Name to assign.
- Select OK.
