Assigning Extraboard Work to Employees

Use Work Planner to assign extraboard work to employees as needed.

  1. Open the Work Planner screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. In Employee View, select the dates for the employee for assigning extraboard work.
  3. Right-click the selection and select Set Extraboard.
  4. If Division is shown, select a division for the extraboard work.
    To allow a change of division, the OPS > WorkPlanner > Set Extraboard > Allow change of Division property must be set by a system administrator.
  5. Select the Extra Board Type to assign.
  6. Select the Bid Unit Name to assign.
  7. Select OK.
