Assigning Work to Employees

Use the Work Planner screen to assign work to an employee as needed.

  1. Open the Work Planner screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. In work view, select a piece or pieces of work to assign.
  3. To assign work from the first selected cell to the end of the period shown, press Shift + Ctrl + the right arrow key.
  4. Drag the work to an employee in employee view.
    The Assign Work dialog appears.
  5. Select OK.
