Deleting Absences in Work Planner
Delete absences in Work Planner and see any conflicting work assignments, hold downs, and if the absence has been paid in advance.
- Open the Work Planner screen and set the Context (F3).
- In Employee View, Select one or more consecutive absence days.

Right-click the selected absence and select Delete
Absences.
A confirmation message appears.
- Select OK.
- If pieces of work are affected by the absence, the Conflicting Work Assignments dialog lists the affected work. Select OK.
- If your agency enforces absence and hold-down relationships, and another employee is holding down the employee’s work on the absence days, the OPS Validation dialog shows the affected hold-downs. Select OK.
- If the deleted absence time has been paid in advance, a warning message appears. Select OK.
