Assigning Rosters to Employees

Assign rosters to employee using the regular assignment method as needed.

  1. Open the Work Planner screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. In Employee View, select an employee day or range of days.
  3. If the WorkPlanner > Assign Roster > Assign Period system property is set to Selected Date Range, select a range of days that spans the calendar weeks for assigning a roster.
  4. Right-click and select Assign Roster.
  5. Select a roster to assign to the employee.
  6. Select Assign.
  7. Select OK.
