Work Planner Navigation Keyboard Shortcuts
Navigate through grids in the Work Planner screen using your mouse or keyboard shortcuts.
| Keys | Result |
|---|---|
| Arrow keys | Moves from one cell to the next, left, right, up or down. |
| Shift + (Right Arrow) | Selects initial cell plus cell to the immediate right. Continue pressing the right arrow key to select more cells. |
| Shift + (Left Arrow) | Selects initial cell plus cell to the immediate left. Continue pressing the left arrow key to select more cells. |
| Shift + (Up Arrow) | Selects initial cell plus the one immediately above it. You can't continue to press the up arrow key to select more cells; the limit is two. |
| Shift + (Down Arrow) | Selects initial cell plus the one immediately below it. You can't continue to press the down arrow key to select more cells; the limit is two. |
| Shift + Ctrl + (Right Arrow) | Selects cells to the end of the current row. |
| Shift + Ctrl + (Left Arrow) | Selects cells to the beginning of the current row. |
| Ctrl + (Right Arrow) | Moves cursor to end of row. |
| Ctrl + (Left Arrow) | Moves cursor to beginning of row. |
| Ctrl + (Up Arrow) | Moves cursor to the top of the column. |
| Ctrl + (Down Arrow) | Moves cursor to the bottom of the column. |
