Estimated Results After Applying Smooth Headway Feature
An example illustrates how the Smooth Headway option is applied on run times showing a large difference.
The following example is used: The highest running time from Node B to Node C for the first time period (6:00 - 9:00) is 7 minutes while in the next time period (9:00 - 12:00), it is 20 minutes. Node D is the build node.
