Parking grids can be copied for use during a specified date range.

You may want to use the grid for a specific day for a longer period. For example, the March 31 grid could be valid for the entire month of April. You can export the March 31 grid to the April 1 to April 30 date range. When you open the Vehicle Assignment screen and set your Context to one of those dates, the parking grid is already established.

The system exports a parking grid to days only when the parking layout is valid. Parking Layouts ancillary data specifies the days of the week when a parking layout is valid. For example, if the parking layout you export is only valid for weekend days, the system doesn't export the grid to weekdays even if they're included in the date range.

If you have selected any of the hide vehicle options on the Vehicle Assignment screen Context Parking Grid tab or unavailable vehicle types are selected, the parking grid can't be exported.
