Creating Citation Records
Citations (for example, tickets) written about the incident can be added to incident records as needed.
- Open the OPS Incidents Admin screen and set the Context (F3).

Select a record and then Incident Details:

In the Incidents Detail dialog, select
Citations:
- Select Add New.

In the Citations dialog, complete the fields as
required.
Field Name Action Comments Enter any comments about the citation. Incident Id Automatically completed by the system. Name Enter the name of the employee who received the citation. Sequence Auto-incremented number. Ticket Holder Name Enter the name of the employee issued the citation. Ticket Issued Select if a ticket was issued for the incident. Ticket Number Enter the number on the issued ticket. Verdict Enter whether the employee was innocent or guilty of the charge. Charge Select if the employee was charged. Court Location Enter the location of the court (address or building name). Court Room Enter the court room number. Court Date Enter the date of the scheduled court appearance. Court Time Enter the time of the scheduled court appearance. Modification Automatically completed by the system. Modified Time Automatically completed by the system. Modified Date Automatically completed by the system. Modified By Automatically completed by the system. - Select Save Detail.
