Creating an Investigation Report

Investigation reports can be generated and then saved or printed.

  1. Open the OPS Incidents Admin screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select an incident with an investigation record.
  3. Select Investigations: Investigations
  4. Select the investigation in list view.
  5. Select Investigation Report: Investigation Report
    A report will only be generated if the action type of the selected investigation has a report type specified in OPS Investigator Action Types ancillary data.
    A report is generated.
