About OPS-COM Integration
Trapeze OPS and Trapeze COM products can share some incident information.
Incidents created in OPS can be linked to Feedback in COM and COM can create incidents in OPS for feedback records.
In the OPS Incident Types ancillary data screen, the Allow Customer Feedback field can be selected to indicate, incidents of that type can be linked to Feedback in COM and COM can create incidents of that type. The OPS Incident Column Group ancillary data screen can be used in conjunction with the permission granted the COM user to define which OPS incident fields COM users can view.
An OPS incident can link to multiple Feedback records in COM. However, each COM Feedback record can only be linked to one OPS incident.
The OPS Incidents Admin screen has a toolbar button for

Links are identifiable by an attribute visible in the Employee Profile - Customer Feedback and Employee Profile - Incidents screens.
