Setting the Context for OPS Incidents Admin
Setting the screen Context (F3) shows and filters data related to your task.
- In the OPS Incidents Admin screen, open the Context (F3).
- Enter the date range for which to view incidents in the From Date and To Date fields.
- Select the Agency,
- Select the Divisions for which to view incidents.
- Select the Incident Types to view.
- Select the Incident Sub Types to view.
- Select the Incident Status to view.
- Select the Supervisory Group for which to view incidents.

To apply advanced search conditions:
- Select Use Advanced Search.
- Select the Advanced Search tab.
- Select the Column to which to apply a condition.
- In the Condition field, select the operator for the condition.
- Enter the Value for the condition.
- Select OK.
