Setting the Context for OPS Incidents Admin

Setting the screen Context (F3) shows and filters data related to your task.

  1. In the OPS Incidents Admin screen, open the Context (F3).
  2. Enter the date range for which to view incidents in the From Date and To Date fields.
  3. Select the Agency,
  4. Select the Divisions for which to view incidents.
  5. Select the Incident Types to view.
  6. Select the Incident Sub Types to view.
  7. Select the Incident Status to view.
  8. Select the Supervisory Group for which to view incidents.
  9. To apply advanced search conditions:
    1. Select Use Advanced Search.
    2. Select the Advanced Search tab.
    3. Select the Column to which to apply a condition.
    4. In the Condition field, select the operator for the condition.
    5. Enter the Value for the condition.
  10. Select OK.
