Assigning Vehicles to Blocks Using Drag and Drop

Vehicles can be assigned to blocks using drag and drop in a graphical interface.

  1. Open the Vehicle Assignment screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select a vehicle in the parking grid and hover over it until a gray rectangle appears.

  3. Drag the vehicle to the block to which to assign it.
  4. Select OK.
    The block is split and a new block record appears in the blocks pane. You can assign a vehicle to the new block.
If prompted, you can create a maintenance record:
  1. Select the maintenance Type.
  2. Set the start time for the maintenance in the From Date and Time fields.
  3. Set the end date of the maintenance in the To Date and Time fields.
  4. Optional: Enter Comments.
  5. Select OK.
