Unassigning Vehicles from Blocks

Unassigning a vehicle from a block automatically creates a maintenance record for the vehicle.

If Trapeze OPS is integrated with Trapeze EAM, you can create a service request.
  1. Open the Vehicle Assignment screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select the block from which to unassign a vehicle.
  3. Select Unassign Vehicle: Unassign Vehicle
If prompted, you can create a maintenance record:
  1. Select the maintenance Type.
  2. Set the start time for the maintenance in the From Date and Time fields.
  3. Set the end date of the maintenance in the To Date and Time fields.
  4. Optional: Enter Comments.
  5. Select OK.
If Trapeze OPS is integrated with Trapeze EAM you can create a service request:
  1. When prompted to create a service request, select Yes.
  2. In the Create Service Request dialog, specify the service request information.
  3. Select OK.
