Setting the Context for the Absence Requests Screen

Setting the screen Context (F3) shows and filters data related to your task.

  1. Open the Absence Requests screen.
  2. Open the Context (F3).
  3. Enter the From Date and To Date date range for the absence requests.
  4. Select the Agency and Divisions for which to view requests.
  5. From the Request Order list, select the order in which to see absence requests.
    Request order defines how the order employees are shown in is determined. For example, by seniority. Each absence type is linked to a request order defined in the Absence Types ancillary data screen.
  6. Select the Absence Types to view.
