Clients
In OneMobility, you can register your para transit passengers using the Clients page and creating client profiles.
Clients Page
The Clients page allows you to register and search for client profiles. These are
profiles that are required to register the Paratransit passenger. To create a new
client profile, click New Client.
Client Profiles
Client profiles contain client information, booking records, statistics, and eligibility for Paratransit service.
In a client profile, you can enter and modify details to meet their individual Paratransit needs.
Client profiles are important for providing additional information when booking
trips. Most of the values entered in the client profile will be the default values
for the client. They will automatically default to a booking, but can usually be
overridden for individual trips when creating or editing a booking.
