Using the Dashboard

Creating On-Demand Bookings
On-Demand bookings allow you to create one-off trips for a single day. These trips do not follow a regularly scheduled pick up and drop off.
Creating Subscription Bookings
Subscription bookings are for trips that follow a routine schedule for pick ups and drop offs.
Creating a Return Booking
Modifying an existing booking by reversing the address details conveniently creates a new trip back to a client's departing location, instead of having to start a new booking from scratch.
Client Itineraries
A Client Itinerary contains multiple trips on the same day that are linked together.
Booking Wizard
You can use Booking Wizard to quickly and conveniently find scheduling solutions for client bookings.
Dispatch
The Dispatch page can be used for a variety of dispatching activities of events that affect a schedule during the course of a day.
Assigning a Driver/Vehicle to a run

Schedule Editor
Schedule Editor is used to access trip information as well as to make schedule changes.

You can open tracker notes for a particular booking from Schedule Editor.

You can add tracker notes to a booking directly in Schedule Editor.
Freezing/Unfreezing a Run or Run Event in Schedule Editor
Freezing a run prevents trips from being added to it, and existing trips from being removed from it. Unfreezing will remove the freeze status.
Viewing Runs/Run Itineraries for a Schedule
After you select a schedule in Schedule Editor, many tasks require that you select a run so that you can see the run itinerary.
Assigning Driver/Vehicle in Schedule Editor
You can assign a driver/vehicle to a run in Schedule Editor.
Arrive/Perform an Event in Schedule Editor
When you mark an event as arrived/performed you record the time at which the vehicle arrives at the pick-up, and performs the drop-off before the client has boarded and disembarks from the vehicle.
Add Break Before in Schedule Editor
Insert a break to occur before an event on a run itinerary.

OneMobility offers a variety of cancellation reasons and codes.
Schedules
The Schedules page allows you to view current and future runs, and add Schedules and Schedule Types.

Runs
Runs are a group of events (routes and trips) assigned to a vehicle that must be completed on any given day.

Creating a New Run
When you want to create a new run, you have the option of creating a master or daily run.
Editing Run Details
Run details can be edited at anytime from the Runs page.
Deleting a Run
You can delete master or daily runs in the Runs page. Runs cannot be restored after the deletion occurs.
Assign Driver/Vehicle in Runs
You can assign a driver/vehicle to a run in Runs.
Freezing/Unfreezing runs
Freezing a run prevents trips from being added to it, and existing trips from being removed from it. Unfreezing will remove the freeze status.

Groups
Using groups allows you to book a single trip for multiple clients that are going to the same destination (a common location) with a common request time.

You can create group profiles when you have more than one client traveling to or from a common location with a common request time.

Create Group Bookings
A group booking is an on-demand booking for a group of clients that have the same pick-up or drop-off point.

Locations
Locations allow you to add and geocode common locations such as hospitals and restaurants in OneMobility.
Viewing a Location
Use the search filters to find a location.
Editing a Location
You can edit an existing location that was previously added.
Creating a New Location
Locations (for example, hospitals or restaurants) can be added and geocoded in One Mobility.
Vehicles
The Vehicles page allows users to manage the vehicles transit agencies can assign to runs.
Creating Vehicle
Vehicles contain relevant information for agency vehicles, which applies to runs.
Viewing and Editing Vehicles
Use the Vehicles page to find and edit existing vehicle profiles.
Setting a Vehicle Status
Vehicle status shows a vehicle that is active or inactive, and provides the reason for their availability or lack of availability (for example, a two-day maintenance period).
Employees
Use the Employees page to search for employee information and to add new employee records to your agency's database.

Setting an Employee Status
When an employee is active, sick, laid off, or on vacation, you will need to set their status.

You can add a load factor to a driver's employee profile.
MDT Center
The MDT Center facilitates two-way communications between dispatcher and drivers.
Viewing Messages from Runs
You can use the MDT Center to view the messages that were sent from Dispatch to drivers using MDTs.
Batch Scheduling
Batch Scheduling is a fast and easy way to schedule a large or small number of bookings at once.

You can perform batch scheduling for all your trips (activated subscription and casual/on-demand) occurring on a live schedule.

Tracker Notes
Tracker Notes are used to view all changes and comments added to specific bookings.

The Tracker Notes page is used to review notes associated with bookings, clients, events, runs, and cancelled trips.
Adding Tracker Notes to a Booking
Tracker Notes provide additional information about a booking. They can be added when creating or editing a booking.
Find Closest
Use the Find Closest page to search for the nearest locations, events, or vehicles within a close proximity to a specific address.
Finding the Closest Event for a Run Itinerary
You can use the Find Closest page to show the closest events for an address in a run itinerary.
Finding the Closest Location
Use Find Closest to look for common locations that are within proximity of an address.
Finding the Closest Vehicle
Use Find Closest to look for vehicles that are within proximity of an address.
Live Vehicles
The Live Vehicles page allows users to have a real-time view of the location of vehicles on runs.
Ancillary
Use the Ancillary page to setup and define ancillary data based on your transit agency needs.
Creating Ancillary Data
Ancillary data is created based on your transit site policies and customizes One Mobility to the needs of your transit agency.
Editing Ancillary Data
Ancillary data should be edited as new information becomes available. For example if a new mobility aid is being used by clients, then it can be added to the Mobility Aids ancillary data.
Deleting Ancillary Data
Ancillary data can be deleted when it is no longer relevant for OneMobility users.
Accessibility Types
Accessibility is used in categorizing vehicles on various routes and stops for purpose of generating itineraries and providing additional information in reports. Some examples of accessibility types include wheelchair accessible vehicles, bike rack vehicles, or ski rack vehicles.
Active Languages
Defines what languages can be selected from the Languages dropdown menu when creating or editing a client profile.
ADA Types
ADA types define a client’s eligibility for paratransit service. The ADA regulates paratransit service in the United States.
Alert Types
Alerts notify OneMobility users of important information and can be specific to screens and audiences. For example, an alert about a client can be shown to schedulers when they book trips for the client.
Bank Identifier Code Types
Bank identifier codes are used as an international standard for identifying banks.
Booking Purposes
Booking purpose types define the purpose of a client booking and may be used as a reporting tool to find out how many trips were provided over a specific time and for what purpose.
Capacity Types
Capacity types define the maximum seating capacities for vehicles. Capacity types created here can be associated with vehicle types on the Vehicles page.
Certification Statuses
The status of a certification detail in a client profile. This ancillary data appears as an option in the Certification Status dropdown list in the Certifications tab.
Client Statuses
A client status provides the status of a client profile. For example, an inactive status may be preferred over deleting the profile. Cilent Status ancillary data appears as an option in Status dropdown list at the top-right corner of a client profile.
Client Types
Client types are the categories that allow you to group clients with common attributes. For example, Adults, Seniors,Youth, or Students. When you create a client record, you can select the appropriate client type code.
Reports
Reports provides operational statistics for your transit site using data from OneMobility.
