Adding a load factor

You can add a load factor to a driver's employee profile.

Before you begin

An employee profile must be open.

About this task

Adding a load factor sets the amount of time a driver needs to load a vehicle with passenger and equipment.

Procedure

  1. Click Set Load Factors
    Set Load Factors opens.
    The Set Load Factors dialog box.
  2. Optional: If there is an existing load factor, in From Date, enter or select a date from the calendar.
  3. Click +Add Load Factor.

  4. In From Date, enter or select a date from the calendar.
  5. In Load Factor, enter the length of time in minutes (for example, 10) that it takes to load passengers.
  6. Optional: Click +Add Load Factor to add additional load factors.
  7. Click Save.
