Tracker Notes

Tracker Notes are used to view all changes and comments added to specific bookings.

You can add tracker notes when you're creating or editing a booking. This can relay important information to other OneMobility users. For example, adding a tracker note about a booking cancellation for a supervisor.

Before adding tracker notes to bookings, Tracker Actions and Tracker Codes must be created and associated in ancillary data.
