Viewing Tracker Notes

The Tracker Notes page is used to review notes associated with bookings, clients, events, runs, and cancelled trips.

Before you begin

Tracker notes must be added to bookings.

About this task

In the Tracker Notes page, you can use different filter options to view Tracker Notes from specific bookings.

Procedure

  1. Click Tools > Tracker Notes
    The Tracker Notes page opens
    The Tracker Notes page.
  2. Select a filter option:
    OptionAfter selecting the option:
    Booking ID
    1. Type a Booking ID number in the Booking ID field.
    2. Select a code from the Track Code dropdown menu.
    Client ID
    1. Type a client ID number in the Client ID field.
    2. Type a date (for example, 2021-10-06) or select one from the From Date and To Date fields.
    3. Select a code from the Track Code dropdown menu.
    Event ID
    1. Type a date (for example, 2021-10-06) or select one from the Schedule field.
    2. Type an Event ID number in the Event ID field.
    3. Select a code from the Track Code dropdown menu.
    Run
    1. Type a date (for example, 2021-10-06) or select one from the Schedule field.
    2. Select a run from the Run dropdown menu.
    3. Select a code from the Track Code dropdown menu.
    Trips Aborted
    1. Type a date (for example, 2021-10-06) or select one from the From Date and To Date fields.
  3. Click Apply.
