Adding Tracker Notes to a Booking

Tracker Notes provide additional information about a booking. They can be added when creating or editing a booking.

Before you begin

Track Codes and Track Actions must be created in ancillary data.

Procedure

  1. Add Tracker Notes when you create a new booking, or when you are editing an existing booking:
    • Create a new booking
      1. Click the Three horizontal linesAccordian icon on the top left corner, then click Clients.
      2. On the Clients page, use the search fields to find a client profile and click Apply.
      3. On a client profile, click the Three vertical dots.Three dots icon next to a profile in the grid, and then click New Booking from the pop-up window.
    • Edit a booking
      1. Click the Three horizontal linesAccordian icon on the top left corner, then click Bookings
      2. On the Bookings page, search for the booking you want to edit. Click the Three horizontal lines with the number 1 inside a circle above it.expand icon to show filters that can narrow down the list of bookings.
      3. Select the booking to edit.
  2. At the top of the page, click Add Tracker Note

  3. Select a code from the Track Code dropdown list.
  4. Optional: Select a comment from the Tracker Comment dropdown list.
  5. Optional: Type a note in the Note area.
  6. Click Submit.
